How to return an order and who pays the postage?
For the case we sent you a wrong or damaged / faulty device we cover the costs of return or send a prepaid label.
Else you need to return the order on your own.
Irish customers: Please use Anpost - or we can offer a FedEx parcelforce return label for max. 24.99€.
UK customers: Please use EVRI for just around 10.-£ to 12.-£ or we can offer a FedEx parcelforce return label for max. 24.99£.
at EVRI booking page #3 choose:
- "Company VAT registered" ==> VAT = DE274952362 and EORI = DE19422120 - SOLD
- "Amazon IOSS" as marketplace (Import Tax & Duties section at bottom of the page)
General process
- please use suitable packaging for the goods. (ship the article box with an extra cardboard box around it)
- ensure that you send everything back - a missing manual or accessories will cause major problems.
- if the shipping will cost more than 15.-£ / 15.-€ contact us again BEFORE shipment please. (we may could offer cheaper return method via FedEx or Parcelforce)
Please return the product by EVRI (evri.com - they offer a pickup), RoyalMail (light items up to 750g as large letter via International Economy) or via parcelforce (parcelforce.com) - always choose REPAIR or RETURN as return reason) to:
