you got no right to return:
- articles which are customized especially for your needs
- video or audio-records or software if it was sealed
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
return consequences
In case of an return both sides got to give back the received achievments. As long as the article is like new and has been opened for an normal testing only you will get back the payed total.
